Who actually owns your brand?
There is no sector baseline for this. It does not exist. So we are building one.
An organisation that cannot prove it owns its own mark cannot defend it, license it, or carry it through a merger. That exposure concentrates exactly where this sector does its creative work — donated, volunteer-produced, board-produced, grant-funded. How common is it? Nobody knows. That is the problem.
We sell the thing
we are measuring
4to Studio sells brand identity work, IP licensing frameworks, and a post-delivery custodianship retainer — the services this research examines. So we are publishing the full questionnaire, the field dates, the achieved sample size, and the limits of the method alongside the findings. Including any result that cuts against us. Research you cannot check is marketing.
