A tight, three-phase production. You bring the room and the knowledge; we bring the crew, the craft, and the structure. The shoot locks only when the plan is approved — so nothing is rushed and nothing is wasted.
It starts with a meeting day at your location — you provide the venue and secure any permissions. You bring the framework of what you teach or want to say, tied to a storyline; we review it for clarity and communication strength. Then a 3-day turnaround for full technical and script review, the shot list, and gear check.
We lock the shoot date and crew only once you approve our final revision of the script and technical plan.
One camera operator running up to three fixed-position cameras, or a single camera on a gimbal; lighting for indoor or outdoor as the location requires, with a grip assistant; and sound for up to two speakers, with a dedicated monitoring assistant.
Your first cut lands within one week. Two revision rounds follow, each with a three-day turnaround. Once approved, final files are delivered and signed off within two days — four finished 4K videos, ready to upload.
